Another unique design featured at Berjaya Times Square is the 45 restaurants and cafes occupying the 3rd and 4th Floors-Gourmet Street. This design brings the “al fresco” concept indoor to a completely air-conditioned surrounding, free of heat, rain and traffic smog. IMAX 2D & 3D Theatre
The other major leisure facility found only in Berjaya Times Square is Malaysia’s first and South East Asia’s only Digi IMAX 2D & 3D Theatre, is a unique immersive experience that provides audiences a larger-than-life experience. Images of unsurpassed size, clarity and impact are projected onto giant rectangular screens, up to 7 stories high. This mega theatre screens 3 types of films which is 2D, 3D and DMR. DEBENHAMS – ‘Britain’s Favourite Departmental Store’
Berjaya Times Square's main anchor tenant is none other than Debenhams, 'Britain’s Favourite Departmental Store', occupying 100,000 square feet of retail space. There are over 40 exclusive brands developed by Debenhams including Maine New England, Red Herring, Spirit, Trader Jeans and many more. Designers at Debenhams will offer original designs at affordable prices with over 26 designer brands including 'J' by Jasper Conran, ‘Pearce II Fionda’ by Ren Pearce and Andrew Fionda, Philip Treacy, ‘BDL’ by Ben de Lisi, Rocha by John Rocha and other well-known brands.

Cosmo's World Theme Park
Cosmo’s World Theme Park, the largest indoor theme park in Malaysia covering 380,000 square feet of floor space is a stand alone adult and children theme park with an abundant variety of entertainment and rides. There are 14 rides in total , four are thrill rides that have been specifically designed and manufactured for Cosmo’s World – the adrenaline pumping 800-metre long ‘Supersonic Odyssey’ roller coaster, the thrilling 30-metre high ‘Spinning Orbit’, the out-of-control swinging ‘Space Attack’ and the incredible human ‘DNA Mixer’. The children’s area also has a variety of family and children’s rides and also facilities like the ‘Kidz Theatre’ and party rooms for birthdays and other celebrations.

Graffiti & Kidz Town
To complement the various attractions, Berjaya Times Square also features a Retail-tainment Zone called ‘Graffiti Street’, designated for entertainment-based merchandise, games, toys, adventure sports gear and specialty retailers such as Echo Park, Tropicana Life, Extreme, and much more. There is also a retail zone specially catering to kids called ‘ Kidz Town’, which is filled with toy stores and other kids outlets.
