Term & Condition

1. The solar toy is offered for CUTIzen only.
2. The solar toy will be delivered via courier services after the purchase is completed.
3. There is a shipping & processing fee at RM10 per solar toy for delivery to Penisular Malaysia only.
4. For other area or country, we will advise the shopping & processing fees via email.
5. In the event for booking cancellation after the shipment of the solar toy, retail price of RM39.90 will be charged for the solar toy.
6. CUTI reserves the right to substitute any gift with another similar value without prior notice. All gifts are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. The solar toy is given out based on first come first serve basis.
8. This promotion of FREE solar toy will be started on 17th April 2008 and while stock last.
9. One (1) solar toy will give away for a single booking that amount more than RM380.
10. All gifts will be delivered by courier services starts from 5th May 2008. Delivery period is one month.
11. Images shown above for demonstration purposes only, actual solar toy may vary.
12. CUTI will ensure the solar toy is in good condition before delivery, but CUTI is not liable if there is any damage during the delivery process.
