	The Palace Chinese Restaurant is well known in Ipoh for Cantonese cuisine and specialty dishes. Our menu offers a wide choice of ala carte specials, signature dishes and set lunches, all expertly prepared by our highly experienced Chefs. The restaurant can sit a maximum of 600 people banquet style and is popular for wedding, annual dinners and functions, be it for associations, schools or private function. In addition to the main dining area, there are eleven private rooms available to guests where dining and conversation can be enjoyed in privacy. Open daily from 12:00 noon to 2:30pm and 6pm -10:30pm.
	Coffee House With its modern classic design providing a cosy atmosphere and live entertainment, the Dulang Coffee House is the perfect place to enjoy authentic local and international cuisine. Besides appetizing choices from the ala carte menu - buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily. Operation hours from Sundays to Fridays are 6:30am to 1:00am, Saturdays and Eve of Public Holiday - 6:30am to 2:00am. Live band entertainment nightly 8:30pm onwards except Mondays.
	The Deli Cake Shop in the Dulang Coffee House serves freshly baked cakes, pastries and breads for eating in or take-away.
	Sonata Lounge is just the perfect place to sit back and relax with your friends. The lounge is a popular drink station where the city's elite gather to socialize. The lounge offer a wide variety of liquor brands and an exciting list of cocktails and beverages. A versatile live band entertains with sweet melodies and popular tunes. The Sonata Grill is a place for good western food in a cosy setting. Open daily from 5:00pm - 1:00am and 6:00pm - 2am for Saturdays and Eve of Public Holidays. Live band entertainment nightly from 8:30pm onwards. Closed on Sundays.
	Lan Kwai Fong Karaoke Fun Pub, Basement Level Lan Kwai Fong Karaoke & Fun Pub offers excellent karaoke audio, visual and lighting system, attractive waitresses to serve drinks, fun games such as darts, ping pong and American pool

Banquet & Conference
The Excelsior Ballroom which is located on the 14th Floor commands a panoramic view of Ipoh City. Newly renovated, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 500 people depending on the sitting requirements. The Ballroom can be set up into three (3) different sizes to cater for your various needs. Besides the Ballroom, there are two (2) other function rooms Eureka, and Ebony. We also provide the latest audio-visual equipment for seminars and meetings.

Physical Executive Center
Designed with the frequent traveler in mind, our Physical Executive Centre provides a refreshing haven for guests tired out by a day's sight-seeing, or from attending endless business meetings. It comes complete with relaxing massage and gymnasium.
