Food & Bevarage
Piccolo
A trendy open-air restaurant located amongst the beautiful gardens and swimming pool, features Italian specialities. A point of interest
is the open-kitchen and pizza oven, where guests can watch Italian
favourites being prepared by the team of expert Chefs. Ceiling fans
keep the air cool while guests dine al fresco. Piccolo not only offers
an impressive selection of Italian fare, it turns into a pulsating
open-air pub after 9:00 pm with live music, drinks and company - all
the ingredients for a fabulous night in a tropical haven.
Piccolo is open from 5:00 pm to midnight from Monday to Friday
and 12:00 noon to 1:00 am on Saturdays, Sundays and eve of Public
Holidays. Nightly live band performance except Mondays.
Aska
Named after a Japanese word meaning "phoenix", this contemporary
Japanese restaurant features a Sushi bar, Teppanyaki room, Tatami
room and a main dining area. In addition to Sushi and Teppanyaki
dishes, the menu offers authentic Japanese favourites to cater to
the local clientele.
Aska is open daily for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm and dinner
is from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Lobby Lounge
Located adjacent to the lobby, Lobby Lounge is an ideal "meeting
place". It serves light snacks, afternoon tea and drinks, including
cocktails throughout the day in a splendid setting with light musical
entertainment in the evening.
Lobby Lounge is open daily from 6:00 am to 1:00 am with daily musical
performance from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Café
The Café offers a culinary feast from a-la-carte selections
to sumptuous buffets with a tranquil garden and pool view through
floor-to-ceiling glass wall. It is also a perfect venue for a casual
weekend or holiday afternoon rendezvous as Hi-tea is served on Saturdays,
Sundays and Public Holidays.
Café is open daily from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight.

A 24-hour in-room dining service featuring local and international
selections.
Meeting and Banquet Facilities
The 620 square metre ballroom has a capacity from 500 to 600 for a
sit down banquet (ballroom can be opened up/extended and joined with
additional meeting/pre-function space). There are 2 boardrooms (in
addition to RC and Business Centre boardrooms) available for rent
and 8 additional function rooms totalling another 500 square metres.
An outdoor staging area by the pool can also accommodate functions.
Hyatt Business Centre
Provides secretarial services, typing, photo-copying, interpreters, telefax, telex, rental of office machines, confidential office facilities etc.

Directions:
FROM SULTAN ISMAIL AIRPORT: Turn left at the end of Senai Airport Highway. You will pass Gelang Patah & Pontain intersection, Skudai town, and Tampoi town. When you reach Bandar Baru Uda, turn left after you have passed the Petronas Station and a few rows of shophouses. You will now have reached Jalan Straits View. From Jalan Straits View, turn left to Jalan Sungai Chat and you will see Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru.
FROM CHANGI INTL AIRPORT: Take the Pan Island Express Highway (PIE) and turn left to Bukit Timah Express highway which will lead you to Woodlands. At Woodlands you will have to go through Singapore Customs and Immigration Checkpoint. Drive along the causeway and you will reach Johor Bahru Customs and Immigration Checkpoint. From the Johor Bahru Checkpoint turn left to Jalan Ibrahim. You will pass Jalan Abu Bakar. Turn right into Jalan Abdul Samad and turn left to Jalan Sungai Chat and you will see Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru.
FROM JOHOR BAHRU TRAIN STATION: At Jalan Tun Abdul Razak turn left into Jalan Ibrahim. Drive along to Jalan Abu Bakar. Turn left into Jalan Abdul Samad and turn right into Jalan Sungai Chat and you will see Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru.
