StateRooms Staterooms are located at Club Floor, which are tastefully furnished in contemporary style whilst the Malaysian, Monarch, and Presidential Staterooms reflect Malaysian, oriental and western contemporary styles respectively. Grand Mahkota Ballroom One of the largest pillarless ballroom in KL, occupies 1657.5 square meters of the Ballroom Floor and has a maximum capacity of up to 1,560 people for sit down affairs and 2,300 for cocktails. Idea for exhibition, conventions, dinners, and wedding. Magnificent chandeliers recreate the songket motif in crystal, reflecting the theme right through to the extensive foyer area.
Hotel Istana's extensive banquet and function rooms are conveniently on the Ballroom floor. The crowning glory is the grand Mahkota Ballroom, which is appropriately named after the royal headgear of the Malaysian monarch. 5 function rooms and 8 meeting rooms support this. The 8 executive meeting rooms are located on the 23rd floor for the convenience of in-house guests. Court Room It is a medium size meeting place suitable for pre-functions, VIP holding room, meeting, and seminar. It is adjacent to the ballroom and convertable into a bigger size room.
The Karaoke Kingdom At our Kareoke Kingdom, there are 13 private rooms set up in various themes creating a totally new kareoke experience. There is no place like home.
