  | usrrah | | Yes agree with earlier comment that the room are spacious but that was before, now they are making the room so much smaller than before to gain more money. previously we deal with the father which was so customer oriented and we had a very good stay at that time and best is that we extend our stay. but during latest visit at this Anguilla resort which we plan to stay for 5 days we decided to cut it short to only 2 days as the management of the resort is not Customer oriented shouting, ignoring and most important did not honor their promises to customer. Rumor going around saying that the brother is mentally not fit but than he was task to assist us and the best thing is that we was told by him that whatever we need we just need to get in touch with him which we did. he is so far the best person in the resort representing the management unlike his elder which is so called Boss. We booked 3 rooms and the room that we received is much much smaller than what I have experience before and it comes with faulty aircon, sagging doors that need to be lifted before it can be close or open, toilet door latch is using pencil and on certain occasion whilst having shower the water supply stop suddenly. As Singaporean we plan our holiday thinking that Terengganu is the best place and base on my previous stay at Anguilla I recommended to my family of 12 people but we end up in dissapointment. we leave the resort immediately and they send us a sms threatening us by involving the authorities and to stop us from leaving the country and they also tell all the other resort not to accept us as the customer. We really learn from good management by the father to the poor management by the son. I am strongly recommended to avoid this resort unless the management change. even the mother, younger brother and workers are complaining to us abt the management but they told us not to mention their names as they are worried of the consequences. Me and families of 12 are very disappointed with Anguilla Beach resort management that does not show the actual ANGUILLA personalities. My final say to the so called BOSS "Learn from your Father" that will make people to wanting to come again to your resort. Regret very much

| xanaya | | Used to stay here several times in the 90's around 1 or 2 nights, on our way back from Kelantan or as a stop-over to Pulau Kapas. We all love the place cause the chalets are very spacious and it's such a relaxing place, and the beach is always oh so lovely! | |
