2008-06-05 15:17:23   hctan99   My husband,our son & i just having our holdiay 3D2N package at this resort during the school holiday last week 28.05.08-30.05.08. Overall the Redang's view is great, But this resort's condition is bad (can see big cockroach & lizard in the bedroom). The foods was tasteless (even worst then hospital food), the quantity supply for tea break (buffet style) is limited ,(the won't refill once its finish!), we can't even find a piece of cake for our son, luckily we bring along me cup for standby. The staff were not so friendly, the beach boy talk to us very rude, (maybe too many guest at that time). so i would suggest u to choce a small resort. I heard that their service are better. This resort is only suitable for people to go in a group (because they can absorb many guest), for own travel, better choce other resort, otherwise u will regret, trust me! Date of stay: 2008 May

2006-08-28 15:01:34   nikkay   We booked 3D 2N Family School Holidays package on 22.08.06 to 24.08.06. There were 13 adults and 3 children altogether (3 big families). Overall, the package is value for money and the itinerary was suitable for family group. Two things the management of the resort have to improve: 1. The toilet is still using the old fashion squatting type! 2. The 2 days food was tasteless (flat taste)! It was just like hospital food! We thought the cook must have health problem?! Luckily on the 3rd day we were served with barbeque. The overall staff were very friendly. Credit should be given to Ms. Tan (reception/management), Firdaus and Yus (the beach boys), and Moon (the kitchen helper). We would like to give special thanks to Firdaus who had made an effort to guide us around the best snorkeling spots and also showed us the blue sand area. We will sure come back with more friends... nky... Date of stay: 2006 Aug

Tis resort provide good facilities, the food is very nice especially is the fish (very fresh). The co-worker aso very friendly and nice. But one thing i hope the crew will take note which is tis resort got 'green biawak' run everywhere, last time d 'green biawak' run into my room aso, very scary. But anywhere, me sure very enjoy my trip at redang and very satisfied for all the services tat Redang Bay Resort provided. Me aso will stay at tis resort once i have trip at redang. Especially the people who bring us to snorkelling (YUS n KEAT), both of them are very nice n friendly to show us around n chit chit chat chat with me n my husband. Many thanks to KEAT who bring us snorkeling around to see the baby shark. We love n will not remember both of u!! We will come back to look for u I think maybe next year. Also, if can please change your toilet bowl n the sink. It's all with stain n the sink is leaking lahhh.... Thanks n that's all.... Hope Yus n Keat can contact us when u r free or u both visiting KL. The receptionist there are helpful too, they even help us to book the bus ticket return to KL.. And there have free flow beverage for 24 hours.. But there is one thing that they can improve, is...they should help customer to pull the canoe to the sea side and help us to pull back the canoe after we have used...because the canoe is too heavy even for two guys to carry..moreover for the ladies.. My gangs are all ladies, and we took so much times and use out all our strength to pull the canoe to the seaside before we can enjoy our canoeying...and we dare not to canoe at the other day although it is free..HAHAHA..Redang Bay Resot crew, please take note of this lahhh Except for this small matter, every thing is just wonderful and perfect , and we really enjoy our holiday at redang.. and for sure, if my friend want to go for holiday at redang, i will recommand them ,the REDANG BAY RESORT... 2005-05-08 13:35:57   aihua   Redang Bay Resort is a very beautiful place, with friendly and helpful staff, affordable facilities (eg: free canoe, cheap banana boat ride, free ball games, etc) and fully board services. Family room is very big - could sleep up to 7 people without problem. Ample of space to move around, play games, etc Their snorkel trips are great too. =) Guides were very helpful and patient to those who are snorkeling for the first time. Even baby sit me for the whole day as this is my first time (ie teaching me how to breathe and move around, pointing out the fishes, and picking up sea animals... arghh! slimy creatures... for me to take photos during the trip. also brought us to see their baby sharks personally. very cool!!) Thumbs up for their excellent services and attentions Would be back and stay at the same resort in future! =) Date of stay: 2005 May

2004-11-26 16:36:59   Aaron   If u r going to redang in a big group, then this resort might be ur 1st choice. Even 8 ppl can stay in one room. Their boss is friendly. Food could be improved a little bit.

2004-09-27 10:04:31   Arul   Hi Travellers, Redeng is a marvellous place. Its just worth going there. I stayed in Redang Bay Restore for 3 days / 2 nyts.. Thou it was not enough but I had a great time. Good Points about Rendang Bay Resort: 1. Very Very friendly staff. 2. Resonable price. 3. Very flexiable with there schedules. Few disappointments (thou, the place makes you forget these) 1. Taste and quality of food could be imporved. 2. Should be very clear on the facilities. 3. Rooms/Chalets not upto the mark. I give the Redang Bay 4 Good ! 1st - Good service 2nd - Full protection and safe when snorkelling ( their staff will teach you how to snorkelling ) 3rd - More friendly between their staff to their guest 4th - Many activities If have any chance to go Pulau Redang, i will stay at the Redang Bay Resort. Let's try it ! Book the resort now !

2003-04-29 08:54:04   MR KONG   The trip was great, the full board meals really serve the purpose as we do not need to worry about our meals. The best day was the day I am at the Marine Park where those fishes are so daring, they come racing to get the bread that I am holding, that feel is something words can't express.
