malanil | | Never stay in this hotel. The first hotel that does not provide extra bed sheet or blanket. All their superior rooms are single bedded. For double beds, pay more and upgrade to a Executive room. My first experience for a hotel to tell me such things.

| aidomuah | | we had the best time staying here...firstly the location is right in the heart of KB, the staff is hospitable, the room is value for money and oh so cozy...my kids just loved it and the food at the lobby's restaurant is delicious and reasonable for a hotel. Breakfast is great, housekeeping is efficient...definitely will stay here again. we also had the opportunity to meet Dato Mustapha Mohd ( international trade minister) who stayed there too...hehe.

| embun | | hotel room not comfortable, smelly and not very clean. not equal to spend for RM 180 pernight with the bad presentation by the hotel. hotel management very worst. the staff also not friendly and beware when you make the payment by cash make sure you know how much you pay. overall i'm vey not satisfied with this hotel and not recommend for those who want to think to stay at this hotel. i have very bad experience with this hotel.

| ZAIMA | | Stayed for 3 days 2 nights for 1 family room. The room just "okay" eventhough it is not 5 star hotel. All staff-front desk,coffee house, bell boys are friendly and helpful. Room is clean, car park secure, tasty food, etc. Just good !!!! If i have a chance to visit Kelantan again, I would prefer to stay back in the same hotel. Well done.

| angleeking | | this is a 2 (or 3) star hotel with a 5-star service! all the staff - front desk, coffee house, bell boys are just so friendly and helpful. stayed for 2 nites in a family room for rm180 with breakfast for 3. just excellent! room is so clean, car park secure, tasty food etc. JUST GOOD !!!!!!!

saida | | I've booked 2 family room with connectng door. The room is just OK but quite smelly. The aircond should be replaced. Beside leaking with a smelly carpet, it gives a loud noise which interrupted our sleeps esp the kids. Mgt should look into this seriously.

| MDM NORLAILY | | Even tho' Sutera Prima is only rated 3 star but I find it clean, nice and cozy and we decided that if we should go back to KB again, we would book this hotel.
