my partner and me went there last weekend, just for a leisure to release tension by driving out from KL..generally, the vacation was just nice, just few things that unsatisfied to us. first, the dinner buffet of RM38/pax was unreasonable as there were not variety menu have been served and secondly, there was no hot water for the shower at all. But we still enjoy playing paintball + water park..not really similar with others..

Stayed during the recent school break for 3d 2n. Overall, everything was satisfactory, only it was unfortunate for me to get a room with a clogged pantry sink, the plug point on the pantry top was high that I can't boil water at the pantry but instead on the floor and it is dangerous for families with little kids as it might cause an accident, shower hose not adjustable and last but not least my room suddenly experienced blackout around 11.30pm on our first night stay and when I tried calling the hotel recepetion, nobody answered the call. My husband had to walk down to the reception to get a help and they managed to solve it within a few minutes.
As for the rest, my kids really love the swimming pools, enjoyed themselves at the amusement parks and the food was variety.

Although initially was quite sceptical about going due to so many negative feedback from earlier visitors, overall experience was good and within my expectation. Some improvements could help especially for housekeeping - room cleaning should be done earlier not at 4 or 5PM, fresh towels are always smelly, toilets are with flies, simple fumigation can help, TV channels need addition and safe locker would be useful.

food is excellence, service is good, facility not good.no Digi reception, have to argue to get EPL live match,no in house video, yhe night game park play too loud music,no shades (trees) eventhough location near jungle.U should be open your eyes and ears to know customer needs, make full use of things around u,especially your poor lake with big pond but few fish and no big trees .The water park is lack of shade,by then u all commecilised the cabanas ,charging rm 30 to use it.U should build more shades for free ,with the hot wheather around and not to suck people monies out of the circumstances.
