2010-07-21 13:53:47   mingchun90   bad bad bad service front desk people were hopeless. Asked me to wait for more than 3 hours!! when I wanted to make a complaint they didn't even serve me written form n consequently my complaint never solved. Manager tried to calm me down by taking my family free lunch. Food was no good at all. Facility in the room less than satisfactory, got odor, pipe broke, shower water running slow, flying insects all over the balcony, sticky floor, and no intercom!! i had to go down and walk far to the front desk myself to request anything. the beach is pretty far to walk.dirty price of room rate not worth it relatively to the bad bad service. i hate this place Date of stay: 2010 May

2009-05-06 09:32:30   NR   This is the first time ever in my life that I could not check in on time as stated in the brochure. The reception can't even tell us how long we have to wait. We checked in after 2.5 hours from the promised time of 3pm. Even then when we enter our room the towels was not provided and we were told that the laundry has not arrived yet. The hotel must solve their housekeeping problems. The room also just edequate with tv (with only 4 channel and no remote). Breakfast is barely acceptable. By 9 am there's nearly nothing to eat except bread and juice. I would suggest that the rooms to have inhouse telephone lines as the resort is beside a hill and handphones could not be used as there's no reception. Date of stay: 2009 May

2009-01-31 10:58:39   JDJT   ROOM- stayed in the Superior room. Hotel room in terms of bedding and furniture was satisfactory. Bed comfortable, soft pillows. However, no telephone and TV remote controller provided, which made it a little inconvenient when we wanted to switch channels. Only Two In-house Astro channels available-ESPN & AXN. Also,the room had many small black ants, which was a nuisance. HOTEL FACILITIES- The swimming pool is situated rather far from the hotel/apartment rooms. No shower facility after swimming. Only 2-3 benches for pool uses. This caused a lot of inconvenience as guest had limited places to sit or keep their things. Also, no lift in ORKID block. Hard for guest to carry heavy luggage to the top floor(3rd floor). F&B- Complimentary Breakfast. Less variety for food (only 6 types of food served), but many choices for drinks. FRONT DESK- Nice people. Helpful and Warm. Date of stay: 2009 Jan

2004-04-27 10:07:20   Macho   The hotel facilities was so terrible. No tv, no telefon, no hot water, so much musquito, louder air condition voice. The beach was too dirty, so many people doing bussines and so many rubbish around. The smell also make me 'nak termuntah'. I never want the place like that. Nil nice food no peaceful.
