  | lizache | | We went there on CNY. Booked 4 rooms in early November 2008. They asked us to pay in full during booking, and so I paid. We arrived on time, but the reception very bad, they have troubles with the booking. Not only ours, but to the other guest's as well. When we confronted the manager/owner, he was badder. He started to yell and didn't want to listen to us. Very rude and impolite. He asked us to find other hotel and refund our money!!!!
During our 3d2n stay there, after all the observations, we came to this conclusion. The hotel staff/manager only being kind to foreign tourists, they seemed to preferred them; offered helps, talked politely wih big smiles, maybe because of the bigger tips, I don't know.
I strongly not recommend this hotel/resort to Malaysians. Just look into their breakfast menu, they only served westerns, do not expect roti canai or nasi lemak.

| greathossanah | | Peaceful environment. Full of landscape decoration surrounding the chalet. Less than 3 minutes walk to Nipah Beach. A roadside towards crowded market. Excellent location. Friendly customer service. Water shower and pipe is prepared to wash out the body before enter your room. But hot shower not function at all. Luckily weather of Pangkor is hot and no hot shower bath is needed. No kettle is prepared. Have to walk out from room to request drinking water. Unfortunately encountered power shortage on 04/02/06. Malfunction of emergency light. Seeking improvement on maintenance of fixtures.
Overall, good place to peace your mind.
