Lobby Café
Other than renovations to the room, the hotel has also added a Lobby Café as an additional beverage outlet to its existing Coffee Garden, situated on the 11 th Floor. Lobby Café which opened its door to the public on the 29 th July 2006 serves all kinds of beverages, finger foods, variety of noodles, pastries and cakes. With plush seat and cosy ambience makes it a conducive place for a Tete - A - Tete or casual meeting over coffee and snacks. One of the must try items include the homemade curry puff and spring roll.
The Lobby Lounge's operation hours is from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm, daily. The Lobby Café is catered to all our room guests and anyone who wants to kick back and enjoy a light meal with friends after a hard days work.

Went there for business trip. Bed sheet smell very bad. Waiter(the one wear kot, i think the supervisor) very rude. While having breakfast he took my colleague's plate without asking and haven't finished our meal yet. Not recommended this hotel since you can get better rate at another nearby hotel.

front desk staffs was not serious while entertaining guests,one of the male trainee staffs simply throwing small2 piece of paper to the other front desk staff in front of me while i check out,that seems very rude and unprofesional..mamat tu mmg hampeh betul..luckily i didn't remember your name!!

Overall the hotel was ok. The people at the front desk was quite nice and helpful. For the room, the carpet was rather rough and doesn't seem very clean. I stayed there for two nights, and when the housekeeping tidied up my room, they didn't replenish the bath foam and shampoo that I have used up.
The complimentary breakfast was so-so only. It also doesn't have much selection to choose from. The one thing that I like about this hotel is its location which is near to Plaza Pelangi.

I went there last may for my course. eventhough i stayed there for only 2 nights, but i strongly recomended this hotels for those who come tp JB, and need an economical, and nice place to stay. the room is nice and i enjoyed the foods there. I really hope that will have a chance to stay there again
