stayed here for one night only.......the room was very bad,im not sure for how long they had their carpet not changed.....the sofa had some wierd smell to it,the bed too....furniture looked old....the tv channel sucked to the max...the kitchen looked very dirty....their aircond unit was too small to power the whole apartment....the best part is that, after checking in,we drove to our apartment, and got our things down from the car,and start walking to our unit, and there, a baby snake was crossing in front of us...we didnt freak out,as it was heading back into the bush,an advise to those who wish to bring their kids there,be sure to keep an eye on them, while there are out...if you come back to the apartment late at night,it'll be hard to park near yr unit...especially during weekends..and yeah, the road that you gotta travel is just ridiculous... there are zero road light, you will definitely freak out if you drive there alone late at night...just pray that yr car does not break down in the middle of nowhere....maybe the hotel would be better.....

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apt (F-LG-06) for 3D/2N. The room itself is ok and all facilities in the room are working pretty well. Aircond, water heater, TV, hot plate, microwave, fridge etc.
Now comes the bad part. FLIES ARE EVERYWHERE!!! You have to keep the windows and doors closed at all times, otherwise flies will swarm in. Even at the coffee house when we had our b'fast, flies were almost everywhere!! Sheeshh!!! How to eat like this?
There's nothing much to do at the apt. I guess if you stay at the hotel, then there are quite a few activities that we can do... for free. But if you're staying in the apt, and want to take part in the activities organized by the hotel, then you have to pay some fees. However in the brochures, they said the activities were complimentary. Hmm... talk abt misrepresentation / false advertising....
The resort is isolated from other places, and therefore finding shops selling sundry items, souveniers, food stuff, restaurant, mamak stall is a bit of a problem. You have to travel quite a bit (ie. to Segari or Lumut town) to get all these items. Quite a hassle lah.
Overall, this place didn't meet my expectation at all. So much for being an award-winning resort...

it is a truly good, relax and enjoyable experience to stay at the Studio Apartment in 8th - 10th Jan 2008.
Maybe this is a low season, all the worker there was very friendly with beautiful smile for services. ( I can saw other people's post here maybe negative, should be stay in Peak season )
the Studio apartment at small hill, Block A, Ground Flood, room 2 with beautiful landscape view ( saw the golf court ).
the room was very clean and fresh, at the next day when we going out for visit in pangkor island, they still come to cleaning our room again, replace a new toilet paper ( but they didn't change the new towel for you, because they have a token pay washing machine at the swimming pool side for customer to cleaning themselves, this is good for environment preservation )
the room air-con was work very well, cold enough for me in 25C, and silent.
the double bed at room was clean and comfortable, of cours! not perfect clean as some people wish, I still can found a single maybe female long hair at the bed, ha... ha... never mind I am not scary.
sofa at room maybe to soft for my heavy weight mother, but it is suitable for me.
the television works well with a lot of malaysia channel, but I just watched astro star movie channel there, maybe some other kids before me to torture that TV, so when I first time switch on the tv, I have to press the auto search button to restore all the channel back to watch. this is not difficult for me, I am good in all kind of old and new electrical and electronic technology.
it still supply a very good electric hotpot at the kitchen, but we bring our own Panasonic hotpot more good for hot water supply in 24 hours to make tea and coffee ourselves ( very good they provide enough 2 tea bag, 2 coffee bag, 4 cream, 4 suger daily )
the hot water supply at the shower room was great, not too hot, or you can enjoy the shower tube too.
toilet bowl clean and flushing work very well. ( a little bit hot when using bath room for a long time, sorry! no air-con supply at the bath room, you better open the door every time when toilet was not in use )
2 of the very beautiful printing frame at the room, and 3 sets of very beautiful green leaf display at kitchen, dining room, and shower room ( they will come to feed water daily )
a fan on top if you still feel not enough of ( air supply )
there's two lock at the main door, ( double protection )
in the morning, you can see many many monkey come to visit you in front of the window, they are ask for foods, if you can donate some. ( but be caution! don't open the window, or else ... don't make me responsibility of your nightmare )
a very great swimming pool I own for the whole evening time with very clean water and maintenance, really enjoyable to swim in free style. just feel like a King. ( of course! local King only, you should come in low season for more supprise )
the restaurant at the main entrance was good, it really give you a very good experience for having dinner there, because all the stuff was very friendly to serve you with smile always.
even the foods and drinks are not perfect, my mom don't like their cooking, but I feel good enough for my taste, the orange juice is not the pure and fresh juice, don't hope for this, because all the prices here was reasonable.
Or else ... a prefect dinner experience at " The Garden Terrace " at the hotel sea side, but you have to drive 5 minutes or walk 20 minutes to the hotel.
this is a perfect opne fresh air sea view restaurant at the swimming pool side too, you maybe enjoy beautiful girls swim there with your prefect dinner too, or perfect beautiful sea view landscape with slow wind.
all the waiter, waitress there was very friendly, with local live band to serve your dinner, of course! the prices of foods and drinks reasonable too, you have to calculate with their perfect beautiful interior design, perfect beautiful pool view, sea view, everything ...

Terrible.... Horrible.... Never in my life had a holiday like this. the rooms I got was haunted. It was a nite-mare for my whole family.
The appartment I got was in the LG of Blok B. We will already to go to bed. We off all the light and suddenly something just drop from the table and my aunty who was sleep shout and run to the door saying someone is taking my daugther. My brother run and hold her and on the light. My twins start crying till 4.30am don't want to sleep.
All of us can feeling there is something moving around the room. All of us have goosebum and just keep in slilent.
We only waitting for the morning. We want to leave the place that nite but to drive out of this place is dark and the road is narrow and far from town.
Next day my brother check the apartment and we found blood stain behind the sofa, the door and bathroom.
Vacation was to relax and release tension but mine was a nitemare. we came back with pressure and tension.

Terrible...Horrible...1 word can imagine now about Siss Court is IT IS THE WORST HOTEL AMONG ALL.
First, the resort is too far apart from town/city; have to drive app. 20 minutes out from this resort. Especially, at night, the journey is quite, dark and narrow. If you would like to have a stay, please remember to bring your food stuff and the relevant.
Next, the water pressure and air condition is not working properly. The most paintful experience was even the air cond has been lowered to the maximum at 16 degree C, we still felt warm. If you open the window, lot of mosquitoes and flies would fly in. Gush.....
The price of BBQ buffet is over charged...at the rate of RM78/++.!!
In short, nothing is entertaining ourselve, except its fun beach.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a 2D1N Lumut trip. It took us a while to locate the Swiss-Court Holiday Apartment. We got a Suite Apartment, suitable for 2 adults. The place is deserted which somehow is a perfect getaway from bustling city life.
The first thing that we came across was the flies! They were on our bed, our couch, our curtain, basically they inundated our suite. The insect repellant did not seem to help.
The next painful experience was the air-cond. 16 deg. C has not been the same. We still felt warm despite the additional ceiling fan.
However we able to keep ourselves entertained by cycling (not cheap though, RM10/hr/head) and slimming ourselves in sauna (despite the disfunctional timer). The swimming pool is big but it was crowded with kids and males. Most of them were wearing T-shirts and shorts. Oh well, I would have to forego it.
We then had our dinner at this 'wonderful' Chinese restaurant at Swiss Resort & Spa, which was 5 min drive away from the suite. The food was good honestly. The prices were Chinese fine dining type but the service was worse than hawker stall. Our first encounter was the waitress who was incompetent even to take our order. The second encounter was that the request of a glass of cold water took us three repeating orders. And the finale was the billing part.
"Bill...has to wait 5 minutes."
Oh gosh! We have never encountered that at KL. Waiting for 5 min to pay at a fine-dining?! To make matter worse, they took our credit card for 10 min! And the waitresses (because to and fro was attended by different personnels) didn't seem to know which was the bill the customer has to sign and take away.
Well well well...perhaps if you were to stay at the Resort and Spa and were to play golf and picknicking (you can cook at holiday apartment) for most of your times, this area can be heavenly wonderful with reasonable rates.
