Very nice hotel. Nice room. Good locations. Parking only 2 level. During peak seasons guest will have problems on parking especially if you went back to hotel after 11pm.
Friendly staff. Definately will be my choice if i went to penang again.

The room is small but clean and comfortable.
Staffs are friendly. Good location, near to pub and food stall.
Only problem is the car park. They have limited place for the guests. The car park is running full when they have functions in their hotel. I force to park my car at illegal space, I only can park my car in the car park space after their function.

I go to Penang and stay Cititel Hotel 3 night. I feel this hotel really best. Clean, comfort, most important is more safety, everytime want take lift to room must use ur room card just can use lift. Room quite small but clean, comfort. And service also nice. Only use wi-fi want pay, and one hour usage fee not cheap. If can provide i think best. And no swimming pool, just a small jacuzzi pool. I look in website say room got provide wi-fi and hotel got a smimming pool. After stay just found it not. But overall is good.

Excellent place for vacation eventhough I came and stayed here for a conference. The staff are friendly, professional and prompt in service. Ample parking space in 2nd and 3rd floor. The breakfast had a variety to choose from. If you want to eat outside for lunch or dinner also, it just a walkable distance only. I will not hesitate to come back and stay here in future

Booking a hotel with CUTI is hassle free!
I am very satisfied.
The room in Cititel Penang is smaller than what i expected a four star hotel to be. Anyway, the room is new and clean, the breakfast is excellent and the hotel staffs are very friendly. The location of the hotel is also very convenient as it is a stone's throw away from the muzueum, cheong fatt tze mansion, coffee shops, plus the famous heritage and food trail.
I will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time i visit Penang, and of course with CUTI!

Overall the room and service provided is ok. only for the toilet room. there is no pipe hose with wire provided in the toilet. as u know we are muslims feel akward with this situation coz there's only tissue provided. hope the hotel management will do something on this.

Everything fine, clean and nice, service is good, price is reasonable, food especially the breakfast you can not miss it!!! But somehow, parking is the only issue if you come back to hotel late at night. :(
