Have a feast amidst the cozy ambiance, with a choice of both international and local cuisines from our ala carte menu. Or if you prefer unlimited access to a wide variety of food, there is always the buffet spread prepared for your gastronomical adventure. Serving you breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and beverage in between, the Caribbean Coffee House operates from 6.30am till 12.00 midnight.
Caribbean Bistro
Excellent wines, great food and spectacular entertainment are to be expected at the Caribbean Bistro. Sip on your favourite drink while snacking and enjoying a film show or watch a live show on stage, setting out the perfect evening before you retire for the day. Opening hours are from 6.00pm till 2.00am.

I went there with my parents, husband, siblings and my baby last weekend. stayed there 2D 1N. the room was good. spacious for a big family and clean. had bit of musky smell when we entered but went off after a while..the bathrooms were big, clean and comfortable..i think they just renovated..the heaters and air conditioners were working well.. the kitchen, balcony and tv were ok..
the water park was good..and they charged us RM21.90 per adults which was cheaper than advertised on website which was RM28 per adult..the park had enough place to have fun..the slides were excellent..swimming pool need some improvement because the water was dirty..same goes to the beach and penguin island..the management should have some kind of quick cleaning in between to make sure people feel comfortable playing in water..the coco beach with big waves really made our day..life guards around give us confidence in the water..good..
breakfast with loads of variety but too crowded..the price for ala carte breakfast is expensive..RM23..if reduced to RM15 more people can have it..
overall it was a good stay and nice park for a family outing but seriously dead after 7pm..can't even find a good place for dinner..the BGRC management should take up steps to make the environment lifelier at night.
i noticed more apartments being built nearby and very sure the service will be upgraded soon..please add more activities at the waterpark..

the service is very bad because of no towel in my room and i call the operator they didn't sent the towel to me. Then i ask the house keeper , she say there is no stock....after 9.00pm finally i received the towel. the water park and the mini theme park is excellently..

just when back during school holiday 6 jun 2011....Q for check in take about 2 hours....too crowded.....better go straight to waterpark then check in.....room and toilet excellent....although crowded, restaurant capability serving very smooth,should be given praise and food was superb...many choices....suitable for family and children....

The place is good, room is spacious enough.
Need to improve the check in reception counter personnel they should be more customer oriented, at least explain the service that they offer & what they have there when we check in.
Buffet dinner is too expensive & no ala cart being served except after 11pm. Have to look for outside food.

Spacious room. WiFi available in room. Resort has activities for kids e.g. magic show, fish feeding and few other activities. Good breakfast with lots of varieties. Water park was great, though at times were caught in long queue. All of us enjoyed it so much! Will definitely be back!

Stayed there 3D/2N. The checked in was smooth. Was given a family room at S2 block. Room quite spacious. Breakfast was also good. The staff were helpful. Water park was great. Kids enjoyed it so much. For those who has not been there pls consider. Its a great place. But try to choose your day wisely, otherwise the water park will be jam pack with visitors. Should have built more cabanna.

stayed there for past school holiday with my family and friends. overall was not bad. the only comments is at the their cafe. for morning breakfast, we was being scolded by the person in charge of the cafe that we cant get in unless we have coupons. but if we want to pay, is it wrong? furthermore, we are willing to pay but this malay guy refuses to get us in with the reason of the crowd is too pack inside and we have to wait for our turn. after a few minutes, we can get in but with the bitter face of that guy, then after we took the buffet, the staff that attended us at the table really stinks. personally i lose my appetite that morning. even when we were waiting for the staff to serve our bill, it takes them almost half an hour! although i saw the cashier counter was with three people inside. i dont wanna be so commenting but this is one of the thing that i have to say here. but overall here was enjoyable and my husband n kids really enjoyed themselves in the waterpark.

The bed size was excellence and comfortable. Room was spaces and pleasant surrounding.
The food was not as expected. Need lots of improvement on the taste and choice of dish.
