HammerHead
I made a reservation on the 21st Feb 2006.
I made a special request that the room be held even if I were to check in late.
I was driving a long distance and I did not want to rush.
Upon arriving at the hotel at 1815hrs, the reception told me that the reservation had been cancelled because they could not call me on the phone.
Obviously my hand phone had no signal on the drive up to Keningau.
I understand from the tourism department that it is standard to at least hold the room until 1800hrs.
With my special request, they should have at least kept the room until 1900hrs.
I have stayed at this hotel previously.
I have no complaints whatsoever and will stay there again if necessary.
However travellers do be aware that this hotel is not responsible enough to look after potential guest who check in late.

Magnificent!!!! The location of teh hotel was on top a small hill allow us for the scenic view of Mt Kinabalu. The fresh air and colourful surrounding sure offers visitor a spectacular scenery and relaxation. The rates was acceptable and the room as well as the staff are good. The only thing was that it is far from the airport. Anyway, the hotel was great.

GREAT!!! the scenary and environemnt there is great and superb!!! B4 going there, i had tried to email to them asking about the transportation and other related stuffs, they were all very kind and the reply is super fast. I got all my enquiry solved by them, including the arrangement of transportation from hotel to hot spring, Sabah tea transportion, etc.
When i reached there with my husband, both of us were happy with the environemtn there, fresh air, nice and friendly staffs, room is clean, and not forgotten, the dinner provided was great. With only RM 110++, this is worth. But, for those who have car sick, make sure prepare some sweet or pills, cos that is a long journey from KK airport to Perkasa hotel.
