It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following aliment, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (Overweight), Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.

Kinabalu Park Sabah

Itinerary
Day 1	Meet on arrival by flight at Kota Kinabalu Airport. Proceed for Kota Kinabalu City Tour. After tour, transfer to Berjaya Palace and overnight at hotel
Day 2	06.30am	Pick-up from City Hotel and transfer to Wisma Sabah.	Breakfast Lunch Dinner
	07:00am	Shuttle Pick up from Kota Kinabalu Reservation Office at Wisma Sabah.
	10:00am	Arrival at Kinabalu National Park Head Quarters & Register for your Climb. Packed Lunch ready for pick-up at Balsam Restaurant, opposite the Reception.
	10:30am	Meet our experienced Mountain Guide and transfer to Timpohon Gate (Starting Point). The trek to Laban Rata will take approximately 4 to 5 Hours.
	14:00pm	Late Lunch will be served at Laban Rata. Afternoon at your own leisure.
	19:00pm	Dinner will be served at Laban Rata Resthouse
Day 3	02:00am	Early Morning Snack will be served at Laban Rata Resthouse.	Breakfast
	03:00am	Start your ascent to the Summit of Mt Kinabalu.
	05:30am	CONGRATULATIONS!! Enjoys the breathtaking Sunrise from the Summit.
	07:00am	Breakfast will be served at Laban Rata from 07:00 - 10:00.
	10:00am	Start your return trek to the Kinabalu National Park Head Quarters.
	14:30pm	Return Shuttle Transfer to Kota Kinabalu Reservation Office. Then transfer back to Berjaya Palace hotel, overnight.
Day 4	At 0630am to 0800am, we will transfer you from Hotel to Beaufort Railway Station arrive by 0930 hrs (distance of 90km).Upon arrival, on board train for Pangi Station. (39km). Journey will take at least 2 hours. Arrive Pangi. Light refreshment will be served. Safety briefing by tour leader. Rafting commence. Arrive at Rayoh Station. BBQ lunch will be served. On board the train to Beaufort Railway Station. Arrive Beaufort. Transfer back to Hotel.Approximately from 1900-2030, you will be send to your respective hotels, and tour ends. Transfer to Berjaya Palace and overnight at hotel		Breakfast Lunch
Day 5	Breakfast, transfer to Sutera Harbour Marina (jetty) Boat transfer to Manukan Island Leisure and overnight at Manukan Island Resort		Breakfast
Day 6	Breakfast, boat transfer to jetty then transfer to Airport for flight departure		Breakfast
