What this site is — and isn’t

cuti.com.my is an independent editorial guide. We describe places in Malaysia and suggest how to visit them.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodation, tours, insurance or tickets, and we take no commission on any booking you make elsewhere. Any arrangement you enter into with an operator, hotel, airline or guide is strictly between you and them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches Malaysian law or the law where you are.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content by automated means without our written permission.
• Reproduce substantial parts of the site commercially, or present our content as your own.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us.

We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.

The written content, page design, layout, structure and code of this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright law.
